Got my foot in the door with the help of an employee referral. Panel interview with three managers. Was extended a job offer by email within a week.

Tell me something that will knock my socks off, and make me want to hire you.
Filled out an online application. Was referred by a relative. It's much easier to get in the door here when hired by referral. Interview is set up with 2- 3 floor managers present. One manager will tell you a little bit about the company history and the other manager will question you on your experience and why you think you will benefit the company. If those managers agree you're a good fit with the company, you will get the offer for employment.
