I applied online to a public job board that stated world wide . They responded in 2 days saying they aren't hiring in USA, Europe, africa , Asia or any other other region . So I wondered what the job post was for . It felt racist cause of ny region

Not hiring in any region cause they are a racist company .. do not apply here cause clearly no one was to get the job apart from the hr herself .
They made me buy a laptop for almost $1000 and two days later they sent me an email saying that the recruitment process has been canceled after they told me that I got the job.

Entrevista
It was thorough at first, but then when the final interview came, the interviewer Lhacya didn’t seem too interested at the very start. Even though I answered all the questions at best, I was still declined. Her camera was also off the entire time, so interviewing with her was not a good experience and it was uncomfortable, as there were long pauses from her throughout.
It was slightly stressful but doable, just come prepared. You need to be kind and show you want to grow within the company. Study on training to ace your interview,
