I applied online and got an invitation for an interview not long after. I then had an interview with the HR with some positive outcome, and was told to wait for a technical interview, but never came. Unitl 6 months later, my colleague who's apparently working in the company referred my name then I got interviewed (starting from HR again): HR, followed by with the user, and then the Project director. In about 3 weeks I then got the offering letter, having completed the medical check. There was a bit of negotiation on the salary, but eventually I got the amount I expected. :)
