Entrevista
Fill out a form online and then have to take a set of tests for intelligence and personality. There is then a phone interview. After that, there is a set of in-person interviews with multiple employees. The process can take some time, but the people were kind and easy to talk to. Be knowledgeable of the website and be prepared to answer typical interview questions. Some interviewers asked brain teasers.
