Was contacted at first through LinkedIn, we then had a phone screening discussing Equitable and the career itself, from there a follow up phone call (more social to gauge communication skills), and from there a couple of virtual/in-person interviews before I began the studying process.

Are you willing to put in a lot of hours early in order to grow your business?
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
