The interview consisted of a three step process first starting with an original phone call with one of the vice presidents Ing a relationship and starting to discover if you fit the role. Then you move to a second phase in person interview with that vice president asking you some basic questions and explaining the role. And during the third interview you meet with the SVP of the office.

Multiple interviews where it was just conversation basis. Not hard or technical so you just need to be a solid speaker. Dont think the entry cost is too high for them so it shouldn’t be too hard.
