First phone interview was quick. Second interview was conversational, in-person. The third interview requires you to present a two-part Business Plan to the hiring manager and Branch President. They will follow-up quickly with an answer. You may get a chance in the position but it takes a lot of dedication to really make it.

Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
