First, I received an email about my application. Then, I spoke with a recruiting coordinator via text and over the phone. After that, I was asked to take a personality test and submit a short video answering "What sets your soul on fire?" Then I scheduled an interview with the VP who barely had time to talk to me. I sent a follow-up email but have not heard back from them.
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
