Interviewed at AXA with two different people for 30 minutes each. The questions were all fit based. Both people were very nice and it was an extremely laid back process. They were just trying to gage if I was a good fit.

They reached out on LinkedIn, and we set up an introductory call. Then, I went into the office for an in-person interview, where we had a conversation about the responsibilities, pay, and culture. Straightforward and honestly good conversation. Was suprised that I was not called back. The position seemed like a role for those looking to start a book and dive into wealth management.
