Phone interview by an associate asking about some personality question, and will be invite for a face to face interview of an Axa Advisor, depends on the date, this interview can be group or 1:1. It was the easiest interview I ever had, generally some question and then we will discuss about the responsibilities of the position.

Easy process and questions. Moved to the next round easily. They make you speak with around 3-4 different people and conduct interviews over the phone and video as well. It is commissions based so I wasn't interested.
