5 interns were interviewed together by a senior financial consultant. The interview questions were pretty simple such as why chose Axa advisors. I received the phone screening 1 week before the group interview. The whole process was smooth and easy.
The first interview was a prelim phone call with the talent recruiter and then a second call with the Regional Vice President. I was then notified by email that I would not continue with the interview process
