The interview was entirely behavioral. The first interview was short, maybe 30 minutes, and consisted of the hiring manager asking me about my interests and previous experience. The second interview was more intensive; he grilled me to see how I would react to pressure.

Very friendly interviewers asked thoughtful and meaningful questions. Overall very pleasant experience. Interested in prior experience in similar roles. Each interview is slightly different, depending on manager, some will ask you to prepare something beforehand.

It was really interesting, the interview definitely was eye opening and I learnt a lot about the company. Will definitely be looking into a long term role with them because of the environment that I was provided with
Well-led, passionate interview. Described the whole process of the job and different locations of the position. Would recommend for entry-level finance majors. It is a grind at first but if you make it you will be worth it.
