The interview process was very welcoming. First they bring you in to speak with one of the senior advisors. The senior advisor then allows you to guide the conversation, expecting you to have a good number of questions prepared. The interview lasted about an hour. The regional senior-VP conducts the second interview in a similar manner to the first. Very conversational, not technical at all whatsoever.
