Honestly negative experience. Equinor is caught up in so much bureaucracy that the entire process took 3 months. I applied in May, had a phone call in June, had an onsite in July, and was given a decision in June. To make it even worse, I never even got reimbursed for my travel expenses. I submitted them, but everything got lost in the bureuacracy when Equinor rebranded themselves from Statoil. Just know that the process can take very long, and you might not get reimbursed. The interview itself is very easy, all behavioral and experience based. I had a good time talking with the hiring manager, but I think they ended up hiring someone else with more experience than me.
