5-6 entretient être bien préparé, Il faut passer par toutes les étapes de vente, EMEA, Pays, Marketing, direction du pays. La finalité sera de présenter une approche de vente devant toutes les personnes rencontrée dans les entrevue précédente.

Recruiter screening call. Virtual meeting with the hiring manager followed. Then virtual meeting with the VP of the market aligned with the applied position. Then virtual meeting with the Swedish Managing Director. Last but not least a virtual panel presentation with me presenting my approach to the role. How I approach the set of clients assigned and with what message. In total an outstanding experience. To the point with a swift turnaround and smooth operation. At Equinix you are safe, you belong and you matters. I could feel it, they very much are living by their statement. Open, humble and friendly people. I was engaged with in total 7 different employees. Great people.
