Applied Online. After two weeks got a reply. In the email it was mentioned a hirevue link. Majority was video questions where you have to respond by recording a video to the answers for the question. There were 3 tries for each questions.
The interview process was incredibly smooth, and the ice-breaking session was fantastic, making everyone feel at ease. The discussion about Equinix's innovative approach to data centers and interconnection was particularly insightful, highlighting its leadership in the digital infrastructure space.
