I had applied for Team Lead position. I received an email from the HR about a direct walk-in interview being conducted. After reaching there I learnt that it was only a HR screening process that was being done. This could have been done online as it would have saved time for all the candidates. About my discussion with the HR - I realized that HR was going through my resume for the first time and was assuming things just by looking at the resume instead of discussing the same as I was present there. My feedback on the process would be- please do the screening online instead of inviting candidates just like that.

A very poor hiring process. No proper structure. For the first round the candidate has to wait for 4-5 hours. Post the first round, a virtual interview gets schedule with their clients from UK/USA. Two to three people take the virtual round. From here onwards they make the candidate wait for eternity. I personally had to call up recruiter a zillion times to get an update. The recruiter gave me false hopes saying out of the three interviewers two have given a positive response and we are waiting for the third one. They took three weeks to respond. I called the recruiter a zillion times to get an update. After three weeks I get an update saying I was not selected. The reason given was the last feedback was not positive. My question is, if the feedback of the other two interviewers never mattered, then why have them interview candidates. Just a classic example of non structured hiring process with a lot of loop holes.
