Entrevista
The first step was to take the Wunderlic Assessment online. The second step was a telephone interview with the recruiter. Afterwards, there was a one on one interview with an HR Manager and a second, more extensive Wunderlic test. The final step was an interview with 4 people in rapid succession. There were no wet questions they seemed to focus on, simply review of my background

How have you dealt with situations where you had to work diplomatically with a parent company.
Fair interview. I did a lot of research prior and that went a long way. I think they primarily look for people who understand data. Everyone was nice and think it would be good to work there.

Do you know anything about transaction protection?
There were several rounds. Everyone was very nice that I interviewed with. After 4 rounds of interviews in about a month time frame, I wasn’t offered the job. Though disappointed, I did learn a lot throughout the process.

Tell me about a time you solved a problem in the workplace.
The process was fairly easy. I had a phone interview and a one on one with the hiring manager. Last was a panel interview with standard questions. The process took around two weeks.
