Met with people who have had the position I interviewed for, along with their management team. I had a couple of phone interviews before the two in-person interviews. There was a skills test involved during the panel interview. There was also a 1 month wait in between the 3rd and final interview. Overall, there was a lack of communication with the recruiter despite my several attempts to receive an update between interviews. Advice for candidates: Patience- the people whom I interviewed with had staggered vacations, thus the wait time, though I wish this was conveyed prior to the interview.
