Hello all, with no other further option.. kindly ingnore this biased organization. After clearing my technical round with epsilon, I was scheduled for an hiring manager round with a senior manager. Once the interview started, the senior manager from the interview panel uttered like he is not ok with the employees from HCl, when I tried asking for the specific reason, he haven't answered it directly. He was totally biased and haven't validated me based on my skills and technical stuffs. So as predicted he rejected my profile. This is was one of the pathetic and unprofessional approach from an organisation I have ever seen.
