Pretty easy and friendly. The interviewer was a business system analyst 2 and asked behavioral questions. It would help to know about the position and what epsilon do. The majority of the questions were basic behavioral questions like tell about a time your schedule was messed up or tell about something you do in the free time that is unique to you.
