Absolutely horrific. I read the terrible reviews on Glassdoor and figured I'd give the company the benefit of the doubt. The HR rep reached out to set up an initial interview after I applied and received an internal recommendation from a colleague in a separate office. I responded with my availability the same day and was told none of those windows worked. I offered more and was ghosted for a week. The rep emailed back days later to let me know that week wouldn't work and ask for my availability the following week. Once we finally connected, the rep proceeded to tell me in so many words that I wasn't qualified for the position, but they'd follow up by the end of the week with next steps. I was ghosted once again and have yet to hear back a month and a half later. Her energy of the entire interview made it feel like I was wasting her time. I'm just upset that a company as established as Epsilon would waste that much of mine.
