I didn't apply, was contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter was super nice and I was very excited about the position.
After the initial screen I spoke by phone to the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me he had a specific list of questions, and I would not be allowed to ask any questions of my own until the end. This was a half-hour interview and he had so many questions and follow ups to those I wasn't able to ask any of my own. At one point, he told me to hurry up and answer because he had another call scheduled. When I answered what my greatest weakness was, he told me, and I quote, "That's a BS (only he said the full words) answer, I want a real weakness."
I didn't learn anything about the job and felt the hiring manager was abrasive, disrespectful and trying to trip me up. I couldn't tell if they were trying to do a stress interview, or that was just the personality of the manager--either way, had zero desire to move forward. I have a feeling there is a lot of turnover for this role.
