Recruiter call, first round, again recruiter called to setup for second round or hiring manager round and then an on-site round after which received the informal offer where they wanted me to appear for one more interview which I felt was very unnecessary and confusing after saying congratulations and giving an informal offer over phone to again put you in an interview with someone for official offer letter.
