Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Epic (Verona, WI) en oct 2018
Entrevista
Quick 30 minute phone call (nothing technical). Then the long exam over webcam. Problems weren't super difficult, but definitely be familiar with DP and do some practice problems on LeetCode.
3 weeks later got the on-site. This was very well run - they do all the travel planning for you, put you in a nice hotel, will even let you stay an extra night. Dinner the night before with an Epic employee. Interview hardly felt like an interview, half of it was them sharing about their software and giving you the opportunity to ask questions. Then 45 min case study (don't think they're looking for anything specific here, just given a basic problem can you come up with a way to represent that). 45 minute meeting with another developer where you just talk about a project the entire time. Then 30 minute meeting with HR who asks very standard questions. Was a very pleasant experience, they clearly care about the work they do and everyone I talked to was very enthusiastic about the company.

Medium level leetcode and then a very basic system design question as a final round interview. Overall, smooth and simple process. Only one technical and it was the first one.

Pregunta 1
How would you design a system to minimize wait time at a health care center?
First round is a thirty minute phone call with one of their developers. The other part of the first round is a three hour exam with IQ test style logic questions and coding questions.
[OA] OA was fair. Programming part are leetcode easy and easy-mediums, straightforward simulation, backtracking, dfs, strings, etc. No DP/graphs but ymmv.
[Final interview] (Case Study) I think the interviewer came up with their own prompt. It's mostly discussion-based, with a virtual white board. It's not too technical. I'm guessing its testing your communication/logical reasoning than system design skills. (Pair programming) 1 question, same format as the OA on the same platform, leetcode easy.
[Overall] Technical difficulty isn't bad. Interviewers who are current software devs seemed friendly. Had a good experience, yet got rejected.
