First there was a personality test, which went fine. There were basic personality questions and also simple logical/math test.
I got through that and the next round consisted of a phone interview. The interviewer was very impressed with my computer science background. But I clearly told him that now I have an MBA degree and I am not looking to code. The interviewer told me that this job would not have any coding and it would be training people to use software. I thought that was a fun job.
I cleared the interview and later there was a skills test. I had to go to a center to take the test. All the questions was based on coding! The questions listed multiple scenarios and asked me to code in any programming language. Though I knew the logic/algorithm behind the code, I'd forgotten all the syntax as it has been a while since I coded, so I wrote the code in a pseudo-programming language. I am sure the algorithm/logic was right. I did not worry too much about the result of this round as I had made up my mind to reject their offer even if I cleared. Why did the interviewer lie and mention that there would be no coding? I would have saved myself a lot of time if he had been clear earlier.
To top it all, they promised to reimburse the cab cost to the test center and when I emailed them the receipt, there was no response and I got no money. Horrible experience.
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
