I met the representatives at my school and the next day I received an email asking me to set an appointment for an interview. The people I emailed are so unprofessional. I sent this one particular lady asking questions in regards to the position and she replied me a week after. In the meantime I tried to communicate with the other representative but she never replied to my email. I ended up attending the interview after almost 3 weeks (because it's just so hard for them to communicate with the candidates through email). The interviewer asked me if I have ever worked with children or adults with autism spectrum even after I clearly mentioned in my resume that I did not. If that's the reason I am not quite sure why they asked me to come for an interview. If they really don't want to hire an intern with no prior work experience with such people they should clearly state it the job post. They should also take a close look at candidate's resume before asking the job candidates to visit their office for a stupid interview and waste the time. So dissapointed with the whole interview process which is slow, irritating and time consuming.
