Video conferencing interview was very personal. Let you get to know your future employer. Was very upfront about workload. I didn't feel like they mis-represented anything. They were very thourough.
Several-step process. The initial application then interviews with a recruiter, questions and video requirements based on hypothetical teaching situations, then an interview with the principal. This process hasn't taken approximately two weeks. The task recording was the most time-consuming.

Why Epic? How would you help a student who isn't reaching grade-level standards? How do you plan to manage work-life balance?
Quick, pre-scripted interview questions that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Questions centered on my interest in working for the school system and included hypothetical scenarios. The exchange was pleasant and without pressure. I enjoyed the conversation.
