Very unprofessional. Please interview the candidate only if you agree to their requests prior to the interview. I had conveyed my expectations to the HR of the company clearly during the first interaction. They agreed to my requests and decided to interview me. I cleared the technical interviews, had high hopes to be a part of the the organisation. However, the company ghosted me without sharing the feedback nor the decision. Later I got to know from other sources, that they couldn't match my expected Salary that I mentioned in the beginning inspite of clearing the rounds. I understand the concerns for not selecting someone. But a candidate deserves an explanation or a healthy discussion at least after working so hard to clear an interview. I hope you do not repeat the same with other candidates in the future.

There is no interview as such. They are badly looking for anybody to just show the count. There will be a mock written test and then you will get the offer letter
