I applied online, got a call back in about two weeks for an interview. The interview was with a group of other candidates. After the interview I was told that I was invited to fill out my pre-employment application for payroll purposes. 2 weeks later 4 other candidates and I were contacted via email and text to complete the fingerprinting procedure. The fingerprinting procedure was new for Envoy because the fingerprinting location was "local" instead of in Dallas,TX. It wasn't really that local because I still had to drive 50 mins to get there. It was a new process so I won't fault them for that. The fingerprinting was a fairly easy procedure; I had to set up an appointment online and go in and get them done electronically. 5 days later I was contacted to pick up my drug and hearing test letter. 2 weeks after the drug and hearing test I emailed the general manger about the time frame of the next step in the hiring process, I got no reply. One week later I contacted them again to see what my current job offer status was and was told that I would be in the candidate pool for next round of hire. It took a month and a week to get that response, and It was only after I persisted. I was little upset because I passed up on other job offers because I was for sure that I would get hired; that was a huge mistake. NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE. The lack of transparency here is appalling. I'm not upset with anyone in the hiring process, I'm upset with myself.
