The interview processes has 3 stages: a. Hiring manager interview - with typically 2 interviewers present b. Case Study - which you tackle and present to another 2 interviewers c. Psychometric assessment d. Final interview - with the org's top leadership

While I appreciate the opportunity to interview with Enviu India, the experience was challenging. The interview felt disorganized, with the interviewers not having questions prepared and talking over each other, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. One of the questions, asking if I could unlearn my years of experience in the industry, came across as odd and negatively connotated. However, anyone with a strong background in circularity and a proven track record in managing related projects would be exactly the kind of expertise Enviu is seeking. If Enviu India views entrepreneurial experience as a 100% requirement, they should make that clear in the job application process and only interview candidates who meet that criteria. Informing candidates during the call that they lack the desired entrepreneurial experience is unprofessional. Furthermore, the interviewers were late for the call, and one of them took a call from a cab and then walked around an outdoor garden space upon arrival at the office, which seemed distracting and unprofessional. Enviu India could benefit from refining their interview approach to provide a more structured and attentive candidate experience. Being transparent about their expectations and assessment criteria early in the process could improve the overall candidate experience.
