Reference checks The self-tape video interview questions felt unnecessary, and I was surprised they candidates complete that and an extensive writing exercise before even getting to speak to any team members. Everyone on the team was great to talk to and really made you want to work for them, but I didn't like the approach of so much time/energy investment up front without any human interaction.
