They started my asking me why I felt I was the most qualified candidate for the position.
Thereafter, the questions were mostly situational. The panel made no indication they had even seen my resume and showed no interest in my experience.

Standard behavioral interview questions. None were related to my background. Candidates should have a collection of stories prepared on which to base their answers. Behavioral interview questions are highly predictable. Sites like Indeed and Linkedin have lots of useful advice. Write your answers well in advance and practice, practice, practice.

The interview was over the phone with the manager- I think usually they do a panel, but this was at the start of covid so things may have been shaken up by that.
The questions were behavioral.
The process was pretty normal- didn't get the job, but I htink it would have been a great opportunity

-Talk about a time you worked with 2 very different groups of people- how did you manage that?
-Talk about a time you had to get creative in solving a problem. What steps did you take, and what were the results?
