The entire process was drawn out over a month, one initial HR conversation, a second interview with the branch manager, and then a final with the president who told me at the end they would let me know in two weeks but that he was personally impressed with my background and knowledge only to get a rejection end of business day at the two week mark. The main take away here is that I wouldn’t bother applying if you don’t have a degree or the licensure they claim to help provide you, regardless of your knowledge or relevant work history.

Mostly personal behavioral questions, hobbies, interests, etc. they did ask about the scientific method and Pythagorean theorem
Specific questions they asked besides describing yourself is " describe the scientific method" and "the pythagorean theorem".
The interview is relatively easy. There's 3 interviews. One by phone, one by the hiring manager and the last is by the owner.
