The entire 4 round of interview process was through online due to this pandemic situation and Yes ,my on-boarding was also done virtually. Interview process had 4 round : first stage: initial screening took around half an hour (Got telephonic call in 3 days after application of CV through LinkedIn) Second Round: Technical interview took around 1.5 h (It was conducted through hacker earth platform and difficulty was medium to high). 3rd round: Interview with HR manager (It was conducted through WebEx and was nice one.It took around 45 mints ) 4th round: Managerial discussion with senior manager(Telephonic interview took around 30 mints) . All the process went well and after each stage i got proper update from HR team about the next step. After all I had salary negotiation call and after i got offer letter.

There were a lot of rounds. First one was a technical round , then there were 2 online tests ( behavioral & aptitude). Then there was an Hr round and the last one was a discussion with the QA vice president .All of these interview rounds took more than 1 hour ,even the HR round. After all these rounds, for the salary negotiation an HR came in and quoted a salary hike of 22 % . I told him it was unacceptable and he promised to get a hike of 35-39% and insisted me to send the payslips and offer letter. After all these round of steps that took around 3 weeks , he came back and said he didn't get the approval and that was the end of it . I think its very important to respect someone's time be it an employee/ employer.
