It is absolutely RUDE and Unprofessional to ghost people specially if they are looking for a source to feed their families. Give people feedback and don’t say your company has any moral character or value if you can’t even call someone back and let them know what happened.

Process is straight forward but can drag due to the requirements. Know yourself, the company and as much as possible about their offerings.
