I went through 3 interviews when I joined. The first was with Angela, the Operations & Technology Director. She first explains what the company does, it's vision for the company, etc. You basically answer standard interview questions, tell a little bit about yourself, why you want to work for the company etc. Second interview is with the Sales Director, Mac. His interview was the most fun because it wasn't just a question and answer session. I actually got a chance to hear in on a meeting that Mac had with a prospect. You get a good feel for what the company culture is and hear how your calls go. The last meeting is with Paul, the CEO.
