My recruiter went on vacation after contacting me and didn't tell me or anyone there that she had reached out to me. I found out who my supervisor would be and scheduled directly with her.

I spoke to a Manager for about an hour. There were a lot of questions and some role playing that occurred. The management was very interested in my past experiences within the industry - it seemed they strongly valued experience. I was hired on the spot.
