Entrevista
I was contacted by phone after waiting two weeks. The interview was with one person. The job only pays 11.50 an hour and the training is for 9-12 months after which you are not guaranteed a management job. It just prepares you to start applying for those positions.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
