Relatively straightforward, initial call after sending in application. This is a pre screen call to schedule future phone/zoom interviews. Very happy and upbeat energy from the person who had interviewed me.

I applied online and was contacted about a week or 2 later for a video interview.
I was told about the company and position and then asked some basic interview questions. They wanted specific situations that you actually had and how you handled them. Difficult customer, how do you organize and get a lot done etc.
I gave, what I thought were great answers. Apparently not. I got the dreaded email today starting they would not be moving forward with me.
No clue what they are actually looking for.
