You have a phone interview and then an interview at one of the branches with either the Area Manager or the Branch Manager.
The phone interview is easy and I felt comfortable the entire time.
The in-branch interview is very difficult. I found that they asked so many questions about a situation that I had never been in in my life and I just had to make something up instead.
