The phone interview was very pleasant and non-intimidating. Generic questions were asked, and it was more of a conversation. I was asked to come to the second interview one on one. It lasted about an hour and was more specifically about sales experience which I did not have. I received a letter and a phone call afterwards stating they had hired someone with past sales experience but that I should reapply since I had the skills and personality they were looking for.

Tout était parfait rien à dire, l’entretien s’est bien déroulé. Une présentation du poste a été réalisée, une présentation de moi, les besoins du poste et ensuite des questions. Dans l’ensemble tout a été correct.
Started with a chat with recruiter. Formal application and then a further interview. The process can take 4 weeks to complete. I currently waiting on the 3rd step. A video interview.

Interview was done via Google Meet, lasted about 30 minutes... a total of about 10 questions. I had the feeling they were looking for young candidates who could crank lots of hours every week.
