online interview through teams, lasted around 25 minutes and was a good experience as my first ever interview. firstly they rang me to get to know and then booked the interview over the phone, gave me 3 weeks to prepare

The interview process felt quite disorganised. After being told they wanted to arrange an interview, several of my follow up emails were not acknowledged. When an interview was eventually scheduled, I did not receive the call at the agreed time. The call itself also felt quite abrupt, and I was only informed halfway through that the branch I had originally applied for was no longer available. Overall, the communication could have been much clearer and more professional.
