Enterprise failed to give an overview of the recrtuiment and interview process. I would randomnly receive emails from a new person saying they wanted to have a "brief convo". Some were full fledged interviews, others short interviews, and never with clarity about who the person was, how they related to the position and how I should prepare. 1st initial interview with Recruiter. 2nd interview with Hiring Manager. 3rd interview with Sr Recruiter Was not offered 4th and final interview
