The interview process went smooth. I was informed of the process and made aware that it was a panel interview. I was able to keep up with my status online as it was updated as the process progressed.

Quite slow. I applied in February and didn't get a call back until April. The phone interview was 20 minutes and I received a call for the in-office interview the next day. I met everyone this position would be working with, including the VP of HR. I waited another week to find out my fate and they decide to promote within. It was a waste to make the employees and me to go through all the steps and then choose within (should have done that in the first place). They don't update the status of the process on the website very often.
