I had 6 interview sessions in a 2 weeks period with 5 company members. I already had some vague idea of what the company was about but after the first session I was really intrigued about what they were trying to achieve. There were some challenging technical sessions involving problem solving and competency questions after which I felt a little unsure about getting an offer but it felt good experiencing a tough selection process. The last couple of sessions took place with the founding members in a conversational tone with the discussion being about the company and the product in general. The potential for the product was clear to me at that point but their passion and vision was what I was more impressed with. The next day I received a job offer. I greatly enjoyed the interview process and found the approach to be very refreshing.
