They sent a link for me to schedule an interview. I answered all questions asked and submitted it on Calendly. The day of the interview the recruiter cancels the interview and messages me saying the pay rate I preferred was higher than what they offered and that they would be canceling my call. I emailed asking why a discussion about pay could not be more transparent.

Done over video on Microsoft Office with two managers. It was a fairly laid back interview and nothing too difficult. It started off with them describing the position a little bit. They asked several questions mostly about your past experiences and at the end asked you to ask them questions if you have any. Though, I realized after my interview from a employee that currently works there how unfairly they make their hiring decisions...
