Phone screen with recruiter and then a Zoom meeting with three of the managers/supervisors. I had plenty of experience in scheduling and thought the interview went well. 1 manager did tell me the recruiter would call me the next week with the next steps. I was still interviewing with other companies and did get another job offer but was very interested in Ensemble for my 1st choice. I reached out to the recruiter and explain the situation after waiting 2 weeks. However I never received a call or email back but 3 weeks AFTER my interview I received the generic "thank you applying blah blah" I find it to be rude not to respond to emails or voicemails, also do not know why I did not get 1 of the positions when they were hiring for 4 of them. Good luck to whoever they hired, if their lack of communication carries over to the workplace.

Interview was pretty easy. Applied one day and the next I got a call to set up an interview. And the day after my interview I was offered the job. Haven’t started working yet.
