Contacted by recruiter to set up an interview. Completed interview prior to Memorial Day weekend. I did not receive a response so I sent an inquiry to the recruiter I spoke to. Application still shows under consideration but no response from anyone at Ensemble.

It was a virtual interview and I was on camera. However, the 2 people doing the interview never put their cameras on so I was talking to my monitor. They asked alot about how I would handle certain situations which is normal but never really took any time to explain the position or expectations. Left me only a few minutes to ask questions and did not seem interested. I was completely disappointed and taken aback.

Same experience already expressed by another user; they pulled a bait and switch. Got me on the line under the auspices of interviewing for a Director position and instead asked if I would be interested in a PO position. Told them I was not and got a declination a couple of days later. Best case scenario, they were extremely disorganized.
