The structure of our formal interviews is communicated to candidates via our job adverts and during the initial screening stages.  Our final stage interviews often include a presentation or technical challenge which is aligned with role requirements. Candidates are required to present their strategy or findings with their content being the basis of the conversation.  We also provide candidates the opportunity to seek more detailed feedback from our Talent Acquisition team.
